How it works

PCFIX comes to you, offering home or on-site visits, saving you the hassle of visiting a repair shop.

Step 1: Contact

Get in touch with me to schedule an appointment. In your first message, briefly describe your computer issue and provide information about your preferred location, date, and time. I strive to accommodate your schedule and offer urgent service for cases where you need your PC fixed on the same day of contacting me.

Step 2: On-site diagnosis or fix

I will come to your location at the agreed time to diagnose the issue or fix the problem directly. In the case of repairs, I will communicate the price beforehand, ensuring complete transparency.

Step 3: On-the-spot repair

Once the problem has been identified, I will proceed to fix it right there and then. In most cases, repairs are completed within an hour. However, please note that there may be cases where the repair is complex and time-consuming. In such cases, I will have to collect your PC and return it fixed after the communicated number of days.

Step 4: Test and payment

After the repair is done, you can test your laptop to confirm that it's now working fine. Once you're satisfied, you can make the payment. Please note that a 6-month guarantee is provided on all repairs, excluding new issues or damages caused by accidents or mishandling.
