Yes. Please contact us first. We need to quote for the requested service and confirm the booking before the laptop is sent
How long will the repair take?
Most mail-in laptop repairs are completed within an average of 3 working days. Repair times can vary depending on the fault and whether parts are required. We provide an estimated turnaround time with your quote and keep you informed throughout the repair
How do I make the payment?
Payment is due after the service is completed. We’ll send an invoice with a secure payment button for Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay or Google Pay. EFT is also accepted. Return delivery is arranged once payment is received.
Where do I send it?
We will provide the Johannesburg office address on your quote. Please do not send a laptop to an address from an old message or a different booking
Is there any warranty on repairs?
Yes. We provide a 6-month warranty on repairs and replacement parts.
